Embroidered Collar Flowers and Sea Creatures Blouse

Heavily embroidered collar filled with sea creatures and flowers embellishes this natural cream color cotton blouse we call manta in Mexico. The blouse is made by a cooperative in the mountains above the Oaxaca coast. Notice the ribbon trim around the sleeves and down the blouse that adds visual interest. Measures 24” wide x 24” long.
