Cochineal + Alderwood Scarf, Handwoven in Oaxaca

Perfect comfort made with 100% cotton woven on the flying shuttle pedal loom in Santa Maria Tlahuitoltepec by Artefer studio.  It is naturally dyed with cochineal and alderwood, which gives those rich brown and golden tones to complement the subtle rose color of the cochineal dye. The fringe is made by hand-knotting the warp threads. Intricate and time consuming. This measures 12″ wide x 88″ long. Wrap it around your neck twice for snuggly warmth.
