Cozy up to winter with this beautiful cherry red wool shawl naturally dyed with cochineal, woven by our friend Arturo Hernandez in San Pablo Villa de Mitla, Oaxaca.  Arturo is a grand master of Oaxaca folk art and recently exhibited at Original in Mexico City. He has also participated at the invitational Santa Fe International Folk Art Market. This piece has accents of white wool woven into the red to provide stunning visual interest. Woven on the flying shuttle pedal loom. Hand-tied fringes. Measures 26″ wide x 78″ long.
